Sunshine Bakery is a home bakery located in beautiful Georgetown, Colorado. It is our mission to create fresh, scratch made products that everyone can enjoy, dietary restriction or not. Our gluten-free baked goods are made in small batches, by hand, with lots of time, care and love.​
You can find Sunshine Bakery at pop-ups and farmers markets, as well as place online orders for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, baby showers/gender reveals, graduation parties, or even smaller family gatherings, BBQs, brunches, or any other occasion you may be hosting!

and I am so excited to welcome you to Sunshine Bakery! My home bakery is all about creating comforting, feel good sweets that make living with your dietary restrictions or allergies easier. Having Celiac disease myself, and my husband and daughter both having a gluten intolerance, felt like a massive burden for a bunch of carb and sweets lovers. But I quickly realized my passion and deep love for recreating baked goods. I refused to stop until I was able to achieve a finished product that made us all forget that we are even gluten free. My goal is to bring you back to those same flavors and textures that you once loved, and maybe thought you could no longer enjoy. Baking these creations for you brings me so much joy, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
